Revamp strict timeline for mechanical and electrical systems and began fabrication of core components.

Individual Updates

Austin

• Researched stepper motor suppliers and control archiitecture
• Specced out stepper motor sizes for elbow and turret
• Specced out rotary encoders for closed loop stepper motor control

Grace

• Purchased materials for linear rail launcher
• Designing 3D printed prototype capstan reducer for elbow & turret, to prepare for final CNC'd parts
• Planned fabrication timeline for all mechanical components

Kevin

• Developed BLDC motor closed loop control
• Sensorless zeroing of motors
• Implemented CAN comms via ROS2 network

Vincent

• Start schematic and PCB layout for Power Distrubution Board
• Look into power regulation for all sub-systems
• Finalize wire harnessing for power and communination
